• Negative: das Reinigungsniveau auf den Zimmern. Die Damen tun Ihr Möglichstes. Es fehlt allerdings das richtige Material. das ist ein Staubsauber, mit dem der Boden gereinigt werden sollte. Wir kommen seit 5 Jahren. Nägel, Haare, Sand und Staub auf dem Zimmerboden waren immer das grosse Problem. Ebenfalls ein ganz grosses Problem sind die Stechmücken bzw. dass es kein Gitternetz gibt am Balkoneinlass, um Lüften zu können und keine Stechmücken hereinzubekommen. Der düster braune Teppich im Treppenhausflur.

• Negative: The one thing that is weird in the Junior Suites is the sound of the people next door opening their curtain is incredibly loud! You hear nothing else but that is like an alarm clock going off!
