• Common facilities and services: 5 Air con did not cool, in a room with no windows. Tea & coffee not provided on some days.
• Staff: 7.5 Apart from one individual who was not at all helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 2.5 We booked expecting to be in the building shown on the hotel website, & requested not to be on ground floor. But were roughly directed to another building which we eventually found across the street, in a ground floor room with no working telephone &a no working air conditioning. Only one English TV channel in evening.
• Value for money: 2.5 Would have been good value if our problems ,reported in first hour , had been addressed.
