• Negative: The way we were treated upon arrival. We paid for a front sea view room for 3-weeks. We were initially given room 362. This room has no windows, 1 small door and looks directly onto the glass divide between this and the next balcony. To get any view you had to come out of the room and peer round. The room subsequently was dark and gloomy. When we explained to the man at reception, he was very rude stating that he was quite familiar with the room and that this was a front sea view. He then proceeded to give me an example of how I should look to see the room. My husband and i, both educated and doctors were very insulted and unimpressed. We have been coming to the hotel for 20 years and never been treated so poorly. I am only grateful that the lady on reception the following day was able to move us over to the annex in which we had a lovely room on the front with a balcony.
